After assisting legendary photographers Richard Avedon and Annie Leibovitz, I left for Paris to begin building my portfolio,
Upon returning to NYC I enjoyed a gratifying career photographing: Grammy, American Music Award and Oscar winning artist such as, Erykah Badu, Boyz II Men, Dionne Warwick, Max Roach, Gerald and Eddie Levert, and Common, as well as Oscar nominated actress Angela Bassett.
Additionally, my fashion and beauty photography has graced the covers and pages of magazines in the United States and Europe

Began corporate career as an entry level employee at Pitney Bowes in the financial services vertical. I managed a corporate career in parallel with my love for photography. I worked my way through college attaining a Bachelors degree and later an MBA in Global Business.
Hard work and can-do attitude propelled me to the senior executive level ranks at the worlds largest insurance company, American International Group (AIG), where I was responsible for managing teams across the globe.

I've served on the boards of World of Money, Project Art and 100 Black men of America. All focus on improving communities by investing in people through advocacy, scholarships, mentoring, education, access to health and wellness programs and economic empowerment initiatives.

The gallery was my gift to the community of Harlem, which has given so much to the world. The mission is to provide exhibition and curatorial opportunities to underserved artist creating work that dignifies the African Diaspora.
Co-founding Uptown Advisory Group provides an opportunity to bring world class problem solving experience to small and mid-size companies. As well as, an opportunity to gain experience in different industries.
